Products

Which products are certified Halal?

All Wana products are certified Halal.

Barebells products are imported from the US and they are certified Halal in the US.

Please note that Munch Better brownies made of Bovine collagen and are NOT certified Halal.

Orders

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. You may cancel your order within one hour of placing it. To help us cover processing fees, cancellations within this period will be refunded as store credit, which you can use for future purchases.

If a refund to your original payment method is necessary, please note that a 3% fee will apply to cover credit card processing charges.

To request a cancellation, please email us at fulfillment@nutrispot.ca. Once an order has left our facilities, we’re unfortunately unable to process cancellations. 

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you provide in-store pickup?

Yes, we offer in-store pickup on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11 AM to 3:00 PM. Please wait for an email from fulfillment@nutrispot.ca confirming that your order is ready before coming to the store.

Be sure to bring your confirmation email when you arrive to collect your order.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship exclusively within Canada and the US.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping fees are calculated based on cart contents, and delivery address provided to nutrispot.ca. If shipping fees are applicable to your order, fees will be displayed to you during checkout.

Please note that orders over $100.00 CAD will have free shipping within Canada.

*Express shipping for just a flat rate of $9.00 when your order exceeds $100.00! We highly recommend this option for our customers in neighboring provinces to ensure your items arrive quickly, minimizing any potential delays at shipping centers by the shipper.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
